Cheese and Beer Soup!







































2   leeks
2   carrots
2   celery ribs

2t    garlic
1     bay leaf
1/4c butter
------------------
1/3c flour
------------------
2c     milk
7/4c  broth
12oz ale
------------------
1T    worcestershire sauce
1t     dry mustard
1t     salt
1/4t  black pepper
------------------
4c   extra-sharp cheddar
------------------
crumbled bacon to garnish
